PT Gagas Energi Indonesia (PGN Gagas) is a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), established on June 27, 2011, pursuant to Deed of Establishment No. 125 of 2011. The company is engaged in the processing, transportation, storage, and trading of oil, natural gas, and other energy resources. PGN Gagas was established to strengthen PGN's core business and create added value in the company's operational activities. As a key supporter of PGN's downstream business, PGN Gagas is responsible for the processing, transportation, storage, and trading of petroleum, natural gas products, geothermal energy, coal bed methane (CBM), and other energy resources. In addition, PGN Gagas focuses on planning, procurement, construction, and the management of transportation systems for the distribution of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), and other energy products through various modes of transportation.
